ThermalBoard™ is a system of grooved, aluminum covered boards that are installed in the sub-floor. The grooves are sized for 3/8" PE-RT tubing to be embedded in them. The ThermalBoard™ system has three different types of pieces, and a complete layout can be created from them.

With only three different ThermalBoard™ pieces, planning your radiant flooring layout is easy.
SubFloor Installation
ThermalBoard™ is easily installed in the sub-floor with a little glue, then screwed or pneumatically stapled to your subfloor. Download the manufacturer's installation guide. (PDF)
Designed for PE-RT!
Boards are grooved specifically to hold 3/8" PE-RT tubing.
Aluminum Covering
ThermalBoard™ pieces are covered with a thin sheet of Aluminum for even and quick heat transfer.
Easily Cut
ThermalBoard™ can be easily cut with a circular saw or jigsaw to fit any room size.
