Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Gamma Hydronics uses a variety of shipping companies, depending on what and where we are shipping. As a result, shipping estimates are deemed to be a good guess based on order contents, volume, weight and destination. Actual shipping prices may vary.

Large items will be shipped via Freight, and additional charges may apply for home delivery.

Many of our shipments are built on pallets, and then shrink wrapped. We take care to ensure our products are shipped with adequate padding in order to prevent any damage that may occur during transit.

Refunds

You must contact us via email by clicking Contact Us button or via phone for authorization to return items. Without proper authorization, items returned to us will not be accepted. Do not send any items back to Gamma Hydronics, Inc. without an authorization code (RGA), shipping information, and our return address. If you don't, you may send the return to the wrong warehouse, and we may not know that it was returned.

Return Procedure

Please open all boxes immediately and check for contents and damage. We must know within 3 business days of receipt of any damage / problems. An email or phone call stating the general problem with the items in the shipment will begin the return / refund process.

If the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please refuse delivery from the carrier or please make sure that when you sign the shippers proof-of-delivery slip that you include a note stating that the package is or appears damaged. If you do accept a damaged shipment, please inform us immediately. We do expect you to deal with the carrier in that case. If you prefer for us to deal with the carrier, we must know within 3 business days of your receipt of the product that it was damaged. Also, if there was any internal (non-visible) damage, this should be reported to the carrier (or to us) within 3 business days of receiving the product.

Ship back all products you are seeking to return to Gamma Hydronics. At Gamma Hydronics discretion, credit for partial returns may be less than invoice or individual component prices due to bundled or promotional pricing and any unadvertised discounts or concessions.

Return the products in their original packaging, in as-new condition along with all documentation, and all other items that were included in the original shipment. Failure to do so may result in less than full refunded amounts.

If any of the products have been used or installed we cannot accept the return and we will be unable to credit you for liability reasons. We only sell NEW products or products that are clearly advertised as Reconditioned. All Reconditioned items have been serviced by the manufacturer and carry their full warranty.

Ship the product(s) to be returned at your expense, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipping.

Any item returned without an RGA or any items that were Refused Delivery and sent back will have an extra 15% restocking charge. So please contact us before you send any products back!

Any order shipped with free shipping will be billed for shipping if the item is returned.

Credits generally occur within 14 to 21 days after we receive the return.

Special Order products may not be returned unless they arrive damaged.
